The Commission granted rights to 21 local broadcasters to use radio frequency spectrum in order to provide digital broadcasting

The Commission, in accordance with action plan and relevant recommendations endorsed by the Georgian Government on “shifting from analogue terrestrial broadcasting to digital terrestrial television broadcasting system,” granted rights to 21 local (regional) broadcasters to provide digital broadcasting in accordance with the broadcasting licenses within their distribution area.

These TV companies are: “Ecom” Ltd, TV company “Gurjaani” Ltd, TV company “Tanamgzavri” Ltd, TV – Radio company “Tvali” Ltd,  “Kvemo Kartli Radio company” JSC, “ Omega” Ltd, TV – Radio company “ Trialeti” Ltd, TV company “Dia” Ltd, TV – Radio company “Borjomi” Ltd, broadcasting company “Imervision” Ltd,  TV – Radio corporation “Inform Union TV Argo” Ltd, “Imperia” Ltd, TV – Radio company “Rioni” Ltd, independent TV company “Mega – TV” Ltd, TV- Radio press company “Zari” Ltd,  Open Abkhazia Media – Center ” NCLE,  independent TV company “Egrisi” Ltd, independent broadcasting company “ Guria” Ltd, independent TV – Radio company “Odishi” Ltd, “TV Channel 25” Ltd, broadcasting company “ Ninth wave” Ltd.
